The Volpe Apartment (65 square meters), has a living room with kitchen area, two double bedrooms, (1 double with a queen bed, 1 with two single beds) and a bathroom. There is an additional chair bed in the living room.
The bedroom has a heating system for the winter and is air conditioned in the summer. The kitchen is fully furnished with refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the property with direct access to the garden and has an outdoor space with table and chairs. The apartment has step-free access and is suitable for people with disabilities.
Bed, bath and table linen are supplied and changed weekly.

The price includes:
Water, gas and electricity, bed, bath and table linen (changed weekly), use of estate amenities, final cleaning and Wifi.
To guarantee your reservation, it is required an advance payment of 30%. You can securely pay online through Paypal with your credit card or Paypal account.
Subject to availability, it’s possible to stay for a period shorter than a week and/or rent a room.

Water, electricity, gas, bed linen and weekly cleaner services are included in the price.

Check-in: from 4PM to 8PM.
Check-out: before 10AM.
