An atmosphere of a bygone era and a sense of communion with nature with all the modern comforts. 

This philosophy, coupled with the utmost respect for the environment, has guided the restoration and renovation of the Civettaio, and  in particular its apartments and rooms.

The apartments and rooms,  all located in the old farmhouse and named after the animals you can often see in the estate, have been carefully restored to maintain historical details and have been thouroughlly renovated to offer all the modern comforts. 

All the apartments and rooms have the traditional "cotto" floors and the original wooden beams. Some of them have the old woodburning fireplaces perfectly functioning. Some of them have an outdoor space with table and chairs.

Each apartment is different and furnished in a its own unique style, with traditional furniture and family antiques to preserve the charm of the past and the essence of  Maremma. 

All the apartments have modern, completely renovated,  baths and kitchens. Every  kitchen has a rerigerator, stovetop, oven and dishwasher.  Some apartments have a TV.
All of them have a moderm heating system.

Wi-Fi wireless Internet access is available in the apartments and rooms and in the entire property and it is free.

The Volpe Apartment is handicapped accessible.

The rent period is weekly (7 days)  or multiple of a week from Saturday to Saturday.

Check In : 16.00 to 20.00  (4.00 pm to 8.00 pm)
Check Out : 10.00 am

Please contact us if you plan to arrive outside the 
scheduled check in time.

To guarantee your reservation, it is required an advance payment of 30%.

In low season or based on availability it is possible to stay for periods shorter or different from the week and or rent a room and not an entire apartment.
